What’s with the buttoned up bottom button?
What are the chances that the possible (mild) world depression will bring back the elegance of quality clothing and especially men’s brimmed hats? Will it mean a decline in throw away clothes that either fall apart in one season or lose their shape and fit due to poor material and poor design?

Though the jacket is a tiny bit too long for him, his outfit is very well thought. I also totally support the buttoned up lower button on the jacket. If some jacket looks odd with the lower button buttonned up, it is because of a poor cut.
