		<description>The puffy jacket thing is somewhat common for Tokyo winters as well. I hate it since the a-holes who wear them tend to take up double the space on the train and always seem to feel like sitting next to me and squeezing me out.</description>

		<description>Wool coats are perfectly sufficient for the Beijing winter. Of course, I know that most Beijingers would wear an entire forest of mink or a three foot thick puffer coat before donning a hat.  Even in notorious Harbin, half the people go hatless.</description>
