Looking for Editor in Beijing

Position at LifeStyle Magazine includes translation of between 8,000 and 13,000 characters a month, as well as original writing and editorial responsibilities for the magazine’s English-language content.
Requirements:


1. High level in reading and written Chinese
2. Experience in Chinese to English translation is best
3. Native/Bilingual English Speaker – BUT, local candidates are perfect if
English level is near native.
4. Good spoken Chinese ability
Position:
Salary is rather low but enough to get by in Beijing, especially considering all the freebies that inevitably come with the position. Would suit recent graduates in Chinese Language or Journalism (but other majors welcome) looking to get into fashion, editing, media, etc. Also, very good for people who have been in finance, law, etc. who seek to change careers.
