At LUISAVIAROMA Party in Florence在LUISAVIAROMA的派对在佛罗伦萨

Amber and Nisha, a DJ pair from London called the Broken Hearts, flew in for the event. They do a lot of fashion parties. Interestingly, I ran into them today at the La Specola, Europe’s oldest Museum of Zoology and Natural History. It’s not the most frequently visited museum here in Florence.

There were quite a few dapper dudes that night – the men in particular outshine their peers in other cities – but this one was in a velvet suit that he had tailored himself right here in Florence. He has a shop and can do custom. He didn’t speak any English, but I believe the newspaper clutch has information about the agency he is trying to promote. Mathieu Lebreton & Betty Autier are a blogger couple from Paris who just got back from their first trip to China. They only visited Shanghai and Hangzhou though. They mostly loved it. Shanghai was very exciting for them but Hangzhou was boring and crass beyond the lake. Betty’s blog has pictures of the trip. She seems like what a lot of fashion girls aspire to be. Mathieu’s blog also has pictures. Mathieu is the founder of Materialiste, which is focused on menswear, and a co-founder of Ykone.com, a general fashion site. In an atmosphere in which literally everyone was snapping for their blog and since I was away from my usual subject, Beijing, I took a break photographing. Many more pics from this event on fashioncoffee.com,

他是裁缝。穿的他自己做的西服。

他不会讲英语,但我觉得那个报纸做的包上面可能是他工作室的名字。
