A well-known stylist, photographer, and general provocateur, US-based Zoetica Ebb just touched down in Beijing. I am excited to be working with her and the Frei Group on creating the Secret Guide to Alternative Beijing. Interestingly, Zoetica, who is of Russian origin, is also a quarter Uighur.
