This editor is from the magazine 1626, which focuses on readers in the age range of 16 to 26. I might be doing a column for them in the near future.
I have another friend who is the publisher of 0086 (0086 is the country code for China). He commented that his magazine is for everyone between 0 and 86.

The sparkling rosé was quite nice. Madame Figaro editor Zhang Shen was among the glamorous media guests, but she was drinking water out of a champagne flute. She had to head back to the office after the party.

Jeffrey Ying  just couldn’t get enough of Beijing, so he returned for yet another summer of fun. The nonstop party will continue with the usual gallons of Pol Roger, Chartreuse, and Plymouth Gin being consumed by all in the vicinity.
There are quite a few editors from China here at Paris Fashion Week Men’s Spring-Summer 2011. Tang Le is a fashion editor at Men’s Bazaar (《èŠèŽŽç”·å£«ã€‹) was at Kris Van Assche and Comme des Garçons. I met him again at the Lacoste party for the Li Xiaofeng polos at the Musée des Arts et Métiers. His favorite show at fashion week was Louis Vuitton.
Yesterday I had a special, somewhat amusing, street fashion assignment for China Auto Pictorial, China’s largest automobile magazine. My accomplice in this dark mission was this editor of the magazine’s lifestyle section.

From Sichuan, Momo has worked for years on editing and marketing for magazines. Her plan is to spend time in London studying media and building connections. Before that, she will come out with a book on her experiences with couch surfing.
The Versace SS ’10 show was held in a former factory at 798, which was also the venue for much of Beijing Fashion Week. The reception brought out Beijing’s most stylish editors, stylists, PR executives, and creatives and most of them lit up. It seems the relationship between fashion, champagne and cigarettes is international and enduring.
